Riva Blu is an Italian restaurant and cocktail bar in Leeds city centre with a large riverside terrace. It's kid-friendly thanks to its alfresco terrace right on the river (reviewers specifically mention a "riverside meal"), a pizza and pasta menu, and baby-changing facilities on site.
