A well-loved village pub with rooms in Barrowden, popular with visitors to nearby Burghley, serving a well-priced menu with daily-changing specials. It's kid-friendly thanks to enormous gardens of over an acre and a half used for everything from quiet breakfasts to outdoor events, plus a full English and American pancake stack on the breakfast menu and good accommodation for vegetarian and vegan diets.
