An upscale country house hotel and self-catering lodge resort on a 300-acre countryside estate near Ayr, with a fine-dining restaurant, terrace, and afternoon tea. Set on a genuine countryside estate, it has terrace pizza dining that a reviewer specifically enjoyed — though this is primarily a wedding/couples/fine-dining destination without an established kids' menu, so it suits an occasional family treat (for example, a stay in one of the multi-bed lodges) rather than an everyday family meal out.
