A farm tearoom in Thurstaston, reached by a pleasant wooded footpath, with seasonal pick-your-own fields (sunflowers, tulips, strawberries and pumpkins depending on the time of year). Why it's kid-friendly: children can pick their own flowers and fruit in the farm's outdoor fields, and the tearoom serves breakfasts, homemade scones and cakes.
